Strawberries are good substitute for sugar-containing products. Think of strawberries on bread instead of jam. Instead of sugar you can take the strawberry yogurt. Or make some strawberry pieces in the salad for a delicious, sweet and fresh taste. 

Also, you can make strawberry shakes with milk and strawberries. Or make delicious ice cream by making a sort of smashed strawberries and freeze it as well.


You can also eat strawberries when you’re feeling peckish. Put a box of strawberries in sight and every time you have something delicious, you can eat a strawberry.This prevents you from unhealthy snacks grabs and with the few calories in the strawberry, it will not matter if you have a box in no time.

Only strawberry?

If you really want to be healthy, you need to also use other summer fruits. For example you can make delicious fruit salad with strawberry, melon, pineapple and lemon. Delicious refreshing and full of vitamins and minerals

Is Strawberry a panacea for losing weight?

Unfortunately strawberry is not a panacea to lose your kilos. But it can be a great tool for live and reduce weight sufficiently for healthy living. A healthy lifestyle and exercise is still the best way to lose weight. Make sure you have at least half an hour of exercise a day. Also try to avoid the unhealthy sugars and fats as much as possible.

A few people may be allergic to strawberries. There are unfortunately little to go against with strawberry and therefore it is better not to eat strawberries when you seem to have an allergy.
